Isaac joins TMCo after a successful tenure at Ryman Healthcare, where he served as General Manager – Design. In this role, he led the delivery of some of Australasia’s largest and most complex projects, with individual campuses valued between $250 million and $400 million. His background in architecture, coupled with extensive experience managing design programmes at scale, brings a valuable perspective to TMCo as we continue to grow across New Zealand and Australia.

Isaac’s appointment marks an exciting step forward in our operational leadership. His focus will be on aligning project delivery with our continued commitment to design quality, budget integrity, and buildability. With a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of the industry, Isaac strengthens our ability to deliver efficiently and cohesively across all TMCo offices.

Having worked closely with members of our team for several years, Isaac brings not only a deep understanding of project pressures and performance, but also a leadership style that values collaboration, integrity, and clear communication.
