The team at TMCo are thrilled to be part of the Nexus Point team that have won the new Spark anchor tenant project in Cathedral Square. This diamond in The Square further transforms this city into a modern, vibrant and beautiful destination.Providing mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, lighting, communications, fire, civil and energy engineering, TMCo will engineer the 5,085 square metre building mostly occupied by Spark with the balance being retail and hospitality leases. It will achieve a 5 star Green Star accredited by design and have a NABERSNZ 4.5 star energy efficiency rating.Modelling has already commenced to ensure Spark achieve the high standard of building performance and comfort that they desire.Modelling images showing thermal gains are below as well as three impressions from the architects.
