Each year all TMCo staff down tools on the second to last day of work and head to Wainui (near Akaroa) staying at the YMCA for a night of games, socialising, Secret Santa and music. It's up early the next morning to hit the beach at Takamatua for jet-skiing, boating, swimming, beach BBQ and jumping in with the Hectors dolphins.Keeping that family connected culture strong is an important theme at TMCo and we try very hard to have regular meaningful events, of which Wainui is one of many.
