St Mary's Catholic Church, New Brighton (Green Star)

The world-first 4 Star Design and Built Green Star church rating.

TMCo exceeded the originally targeted 3-star rating and comfortably achieved a 4-star rating (narrowly missing out on a 5-star rating). TMCo partnered with the NZGBC in writing a custom Green Star Rating Tool for this project and all subsequent church projects.

This project was a 2019 Commercial Project Awards winner, picking up a Silver Award.
