→   TMCo have completed the building services design including remote plant room housing the mechanical, hydraulic and back up plant away from the lodge.

→   Modelling was completed to reduce capex in allowing the plant to be sized correctly (mitigating costs of oversizing plant).

→   Trench heaters, ducted in ground fresh air and spill/exhaust systems, 3D modelled ducted concealed wall fan coil units integrated into joinery.

→   Complex electrical and lighting systems that are easy to control and are sustainable.

→   Architecturally sympathetic systems (exposed roof beams unaffected by services) with lighting design to enhance the architectural experience.

→   Instant hot water provided by comprehensive ring main.
