5 Star Design and Built Green Star Rating and 4 Star Built Interiors Green Star Rating.
TM Consultants were the GSAP and services design consultant for 82 Wyndham St in 2016. TMCo completed the energy modelling, glazing film specification and comfort optimisation design. This set the groundwork for the building to be awarded a 5-star design and built Green Star rating.
We partnered with Argosy Property to award their Wyndham St property a 5.5-star NABERSNZ base building rating. This building is one of only three offices in New Zealand to achieve this success as at mid-2020.
Whilst working on the main building Green Star rating, TMCo also successfully obtained a 4 Star Built Interiors rating for the Panuku tenancy development.
