Marc is an Owner of TM Consultants.

Marc is responsible for TMCo's external infrastructure, planning, onsite wastewater resource consents, hydraulic and mechanical projects. He enthusiastically attacks multi-layered, time-sensitive projects bringing together a broad range of practical and theoretical experience.

He passionately delivers projects from the smallest fit out to international developments, working seamlessly as part of the collaborative team striving for the end goal. His personal people-matter approach ensures that even the smallest job receives the attention it deserves.

Marc provides specialist design and project management skills for complex projects with clients ranging from the Ministry of Education, Department of Defence, commercial developers, owner-operators, and schools throughout NZ and internationally.

Specialising in offset demand wastewater treatment systems ensuring sustainable operation and long-term reliability. Marc leads sustainable building practises and renewable energy co-generation system design and feasibility analysis.

Lead design engineer on multi-award-winning projects with 9 years’ experience delivering projects across:

  • Education(lead peer reviewer and designer for the most remote schools in the country,75+ schools including private, public, early childhood,
    polytechnics, universities, Specialist asbestos assessment and removal around schoolchildren)

  • Sustainability(lead thermal modelling engineer for 50+ EECA assessments uncovering potential energy savings totalling more than $3.5m/year). His modelling advice considers both CAPEX and OPEX for each project
