Staff, Communication and Reporting

TM Consultants is made up of ten engineering and draughting staff with five additional contractual staff frequently used.

The senior team members that will handle the project from the initial meeting will be the same staff that see the project through to completion.

Open communication, accountability and the availability to be contactable is important to the practice. Team members endeavour to always be contactable and ensure prompt responses are always made.

In their modern office, TM Consultants use the latest design and analysis software and provide fully detailed 3D documentation that is clear, concise and easily to follow. Experience shows this allows for better coordination and results in better tender prices with fewer construction variations.

The team leaders will be in regular contact with the project team. Accountability to the project outcome is very important to the team and this attitude fosters the hard working effort and commitment TM Consultants make to ensure the success of any projects they are involved with.

Building Design Coordination

The advantages of 3-D BIM modelling software for structure and services engineering will give you great coordination. TM have chosen to use ArchiCAD as their BIM software. The team enjoy using the TeamWork add-on for ArchiCAD which allows the design staff to work concurrently on architectural drawings remotely through the Architect’s server. This ensures both parties are working on one design only and are acutely aware of where the other party is going with the design.
